Very transparent. The leadership team is always open and honest about the state of the company, upcoming projects/changes, and seems approachable.

There is a common talking point about focusing on the "person (employee) first", and for once, I actually believe that the company means it.

My team is open, honest, and has a positive attitude. No one backs away from a challenge and we lean on each other for support.

I'm given the opportunity to work on challenging things and I'm encouraged to learn and dive into the things I want to know more about.

I spoke with a lot of people during the interview process. It made the process long, but I got a good understanding of the company, from many different perspectives.

Bonus and RSU grants are nice. The best for me is the 100% covered health insurance for employee AND family. And it is a PPO plan, not a high deductible plan.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has a drive to make improvements, learn and understand things they don't know, challenge each other, lift each other up, and deliver high quality results. This is by far the best team I have ever been a part of.
