I'm in the company since 2018 and I think this period is one of the best in terms of the way we are doing things (planning, communication, work life balance). I see a lot of improvements and I really think most of them are because of the new leadership

What do you like best about the leadership team?
You are listened, they have a human approach and are very transparent. When there were struggles such as COVID, they didn't go as other companies firing people for profit and I feel they really care about their employees.
