Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel the compensation for the SDR position should be a higher base, around $55 annually, compared to the last job I am making about as much and doing more work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I was hired with very unclear expectations for a hybrid work model. I felt like I was told one thing to entice me to work here, then when I started, it changed drastically.
