I can only say so far so good. For a better answer, it would take more than just under 3 months to formulate an opinion. For now i can only say, i feel i made the right move.

So far I would say a sense of community and in it together.

in general i feel i am in the role that i most enjoy. And i feel that my work at N-Able will allow me to do keep this going
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Openness and seem genuine in their support of us. A lot of companies, some I have worked for, say they support their employees and diversity, but do not prove it. By openly celebrating the life of a personal hero of mine, Martin Luther King Jr, proves that it is not just words.
