They seem to be happy every time I see them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their out of the box thinking. They have ideas that I wouldn't have even known to fix issues I've been having.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better healthcare options (BCBS) would be nice. Having a way to be promoted or any sort of career advancement. Cross Training or better training/continued training for my job and other products. Lastly, it would be nice to get a raise that wasn't a percentage of a percentage once a year.
