I enjoy it so far! My goal is aligned with my current role and responsibilities. I just hope that while our scope and responsibilities grow at the moment, my compensation and benefits grow with them as well.

That it is not very strict when it comes to RTO, it makes us excited to go to the office when scheduled and we are more open to attend event and activities
