We are a team of good professionals, our lead is awesome, other team members are experienced and mature.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm a tech guy. I like having things done and working. I like to improve everything I'm deal with and add some reliability, maintainability and usability to the code I deliver daily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the way company plans improvements, I like the overall technical level of the software we have. Of course we should improve even more and move towards less technical debt, better code quality. Sometimes because of lack of free time we have something in state that it should be improved, legacy
