Everything is great. I love the fact that they have workshops for mental health and stress

My manager is active checking on us and is respectful both on a personal and professional level.

Aside from the company provided perks, the people I'm working with are the main reason I enjoy work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The retirement package. Not all companies nowadays offer that option. I'll be working knowing that at the end of the day, after I'm no longer strong enough to do what I'm doing now, I'm confident that I will not be a burden to my family members since I will be compensated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I got to enroll my stepdaughter for a health card. I've around the industry for more than a decade and N-able is the first company to allow me to add her as a beneficiary. All other companies would ask me to adopt her first before I can add her as a beneficiary.
