I feel like each management level is looking out for themselves and not their team or the company. I feel like many of our products are released before they are ready. I feel like upper management would lay off people just to make the stock price better.
Intergroup cooperation has improved, but communication is still weak. Most of the people I know well enough to say are looking for another job.
Too many silos, not enough cross-team
We accommodate each other's foibles.
Nearly everyone is very nice.
N-able pay is 20-30% below industry average for my position.
Free lunches. I hate the way my job has been implemented by management
If you have the same opinions as everyone else, you are very welcome. Just don't deviate.
My compensation is far below what other companies are offering. Our new hires are crap because our starting pay is low.
They are friendly in an office-appropriate way. Most of them avoid talking about politics and religion. They are helpful if they know how to help.
The pay is below industry average and the raises are paltry. I receive conflicting directions from higher-ups, and decisions randomly made are just as randomly reversed.
Some of the them are quite fun, and some of them are quite knowledgeable. There's some overlap between the two groups. Few of them are neither.
So many meetings that could have been an email. Everyone complains how busy they are, but nothing is being accomplished. I can't work with anyone one-on-one because they are so caught up in busywork.
I'm bored. My boss rejects my ideas. There's an orgy of meetings during the EMEA and NA overlap. My boss is always in meetings when I need to talk to him. His boss is always in meetings.
The pay is below industry average and the raises are paltry. Last review time, folks with promotions were given 3-6% raises, while the C-suite asked the board for 10% for themselves. I don't feel like "one team" when they want so much more than they give us.
Stealth layoffs at Christmas are demoralizing. Seeing the top tier get massive pay bumps and stock increases while we get a pittance of stock worth half what it was two years ago isn't great. Yelling about AI with no idea what that even means. Releasing half done features that are never finished.
