Better compensation, better work life balance, more remote working as opposed to forced in the office 3 times a week
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to take feedback the results of the pulse survey more seriously. There are clear and strong messages there that they choose to overlook
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am being paid well below the market rate and it;s not reflective of the value I am bringing to my team and to the company according to annual reviews, quarterly reviews and 1:1 meetings.
