I love this company and most everything about it. I would like better work/life balance in my current role regarding work from home, but I understand why it is the way it is and if I move up in the company that will change. I love my coworkers and the connections I make with them everyday.

The comradery, the energy, and everyone feels free to be themselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is unique and not afraid to be themselves. It is a very inviting, open and wholesome environment to work in. There is not a lot of stress in the air and that benefits everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid for the quality of work, only quantity. The different positions in my role are advantageous over others and people get paid more for less quality of work. I deserve more compensation, not only for my tenure and what i do for my team, but the quantity and quality of work I provide.
