Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the market, the salary here is a lot lower. It does make up with the commission but having a higher base would be nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can always rely on one another. If I am struggling with something, being able to talk to another teammate on how they would go about handling a certain situation is helpful
