It's been amazing so far. I'm still learning as much as I can everyday. The onboarding has been good, I think there's a little fluff in there at times. I love working here. I've been trying to refer friends and former colleagues here as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's just a positive environment. Everyone is super friendly. Everyone is happy to see us all win.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I havent been paid yet so I'm not sure but from what I'm told, its a good package
What makes you most happy at work?
I never come in or leave dreading the day or next day. The vibes are amazing. The people are amazing. Everyone has welcomed me into the N-able family with open arms. Even those who are in different departments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has so much info to share. It's the first company I've ever worked with that everyone wants to see you succeed. We have a lot of fun in the office. I get up excited to come to work everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its well balanced. We have a manager who's very animated, gets us in a great mood. Brings humor and knowledge to us. The other manager has been an sdr before so he has forgotten more than we know and he's fantastic as well.
