What are some of the best things about your team?

Being able to collaborate and share information to make sure we all succeed in our role.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are a great effort and emphasis in promoting collaboration and interacting with several departments in our hub.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working alongside like-minded individuals and helping them achieve their goals. I also enjoy having conversations with partners that are very happy with our solutions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Communicating the goals and vision to other departments and team managers. This helps with clear messaging to partners when they ask what our plans are.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

SDR pay is about 30% lower compared to similar roles for other companies. At the same time, OTE was changed several times throughout the year with no changes to the overall compensation package. I'd like to see the compensation adjusted to where it aligns with general cost of living expenses.
