The caliber of people, the way they collaborate and how willing they are to help no matter what.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so collaborative. I have not met one person that isn't always trying to be helpful even if the question or ask is "not their job"
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My insurance is free!! Medical, dental & Vision for me is free! My job is flexible, we match the 401K we get paid to volunteer I could go on and on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a true open door policy and truly care about the people that work here. They are open and honest when they may a mistake and try to quickly rectify it. The culture here is evolving and it gets better and better every week.
