I've worked here for a number of years and have been in various roles. I was glad of the opportunity of working from home during the pandemic but I'm glad to be back in the office a couple of days a week.

I think that the company wants the best for the employees. I particularly like being in the office.

We always try and pull together and help each other when needed. This is important as I am part of a small team.

My team are always there for each other. We are a small team but I know I can rely on any one of them when I need them.

I love my team. We can have a laugh whilst getting the work done. I know if there is ever an issue, they will be supportive and always have my back.

We speak very freely and respect each other's opinions. My team are all remote but we are happy to jump on calls any time someone needs advice or help or just to chat about what we are working on.
