What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Care about others and a unified goal instead of being self serving only.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The compensation is very solid for my industry. Money isn't everything in a job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Transparency from executives and an realistic expectations for the employees. Setting a target that is never achieved is demoralizing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The money is what keeps people here for the short term. The longevity employees don't have better options in their area.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Transparency. I feel as a contributor I do not know what they are working on and why. Each time we have a global meeting it appears that we are being sold something instead of being told the truth. Why is the spin off exciting for contributors vs. execs?
