I'm is sales, so hitting my number, but also interacting with my teammates

There is no negative competition, you don't win at the expense of others. This builds a positive team environment where you are happy to see people succeed

They are doing a great job to reach out to the team and find out what is really in our minds, finding out if there are underlying issues that need resolving that people may not want to bring up. Getting ahead of the problem if you will. Proactively trying to change the culture for the better.
