I'm pretty sad to be leaving because there was a lot I loved about this company. Seeing my mentor and other female co-workers move on to other opportunities was very telling. I really hope our feedback is used for improvements.

The ICs at N-Able are some of the best around. Everyone is willing to help those around them succeed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some of the leadership team is out of touch with the reality of being an individual contributor. Quota increased without increase in products or features after a breach don't make sense. And male leadership can be very condescending to women and top performers have left as a result.
