What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not just in it for the money, they truly believe in the product, in encouraging employees to grow with the company, and they are nice humans with a soul. Ilan Twig's initiative with helping the Ukrainian refugees is laudable.

unlimited PTO, hybrid (2-3 days/ week in office) schedule, stock options, 401k match was brought back this year

It was quick and efficient. Recruiter was a gem. She kept me posted of all the steps and within a week I had an offer.
