What are some of the best things about your team?Team is supportive. The struggle is having to deal with our Director who is disrespectful who walks around and does not speak to his employees or management team. Not sure how he has been along to work at the company for so long. The threats I'm told he makes to my manager are unbelievable.
What are some of the best things about your team?there are some decent people mostly not in management though
What is the best part about your compensation package?I didn't have one besides the small paycheck.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?The company need an independent panel who would be non bias. Allowing the Director and Manager to be the only ones doing interviews is not good.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?It's negative due to having to deal with hearing the negative things our Director says. We received an award for being number one for the second quarter and instead of Adam giving the team praise for doing a great job and making him look good. I'm told he gave the credit to the training dept.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything. They need to treat people as humans and not nobodies. They need to learn their policies and business better before trying to lead others
