Get your foot off the neck of the people DOING the work that keeps the company afloat. Customer facing associates are pushed to "do more and sound good doing it" as the VP Purpura puts it, while lack of working systems hand ties the associates from meeting goals.

Again, work is out sourced and those new members are kept separate from the original employees. We have zero interaction with them, except when we have to clean up a mess they have made.

The executives are so out of touch with what goes on in the stores. When there are visits, there is a serious dog and pony show.
