Treating people fair and honest

Get your foot off the neck of the people DOING the work that keeps the company afloat. Customer facing associates are pushed to "do more and sound good doing it" as the VP Purpura puts it, while lack of working systems hand ties the associates from meeting goals.

Better relationship with staff and worry less about own greed

I work at the Willow Bend store, store management do not know the the true meaning of store moral. They will completely ignore entire departments until there is a customer issue. They do not hold many of the tenured associates accountable.
