Better leadership at the corporate level
The executives are so out of touch with what goes on in the stores. When there are visits, there is a serious dog and pony show.
Respect and recognition for successes both verbally and monetarily.
Being more professional, more hands on and more warehouse knowledge. More inclusion.
Treating people bad not fair
tenure track is toxic, nobody wants to move
the contractors are treated poorly and expectation are hight. Micromanagement drains morale
They make it harder for us on a daily basis
