Get your foot off the neck of the people DOING the work that keeps the company afloat. Customer facing associates are pushed to "do more and sound good doing it" as the VP Purpura puts it, while lack of working systems hand ties the associates from meeting goals.

My department is poorly run

My department has sone of the least effective employees i have ever seen protected by nanagement

Again, work is out sourced and those new members are kept separate from the original employees. We have zero interaction with them, except when we have to clean up a mess they have made.

The executives are so out of touch with what goes on in the stores. When there are visits, there is a serious dog and pony show.

Respect and recognition for successes both verbally and monetarily.

Being more professional, more hands on and more warehouse knowledge. More inclusion.

Sr management and HR are slow to respond, if at all, when asked questions about mistakes that have been made. Follow up is essential, as that is what is expected when we deal with customers.
