Toxic culture for starters. It would help if managers actually wrote words, you know like composed of letters, on a focal review...

Managers' load & pressure are much higher than the same pay grade of engineers, but the RSU's awarded are lower in general.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Thin the herd of inexperienced management (starting from the first line all the way up). Value the people doing the work, not the management. Promote people that are not managers.
