Insurance is the best part as an entry level.

It is well a rounded package with a lot of options that are beneficial to every individual based upon their needs at affordable pricing

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Provide a bonus like 75% of employees get

Being treated like an actual human being instead of a robot

They dont value experience. If your a blue collar worker they ( HR, White Collar ) look down on you like your scum.

Health insurcance premiums are high. I am made to feel undervalued because the manager comes from a country that devalues women and is allowed to slight the women who work under them.

Talented people are not acknowledged and utilized well.

Please keep or restore retirement benefits for long term employees. Grandfather benefits. Look long term.
