They dont value experience. If your a blue collar worker they ( HR, White Collar ) look down on you like your scum.
Health insurcance premiums are high. I am made to feel undervalued because the manager comes from a country that devalues women and is allowed to slight the women who work under them.
Talented people are not acknowledged and utilized well.
Please keep or restore retirement benefits for long term employees. Grandfather benefits. Look long term.
