There is a lot of disrespect coming from the management and directed at the employees. A lot of negative comments are being made on a daily basis.

Everything is going wrong. Coworkers don't like each other and customers hate Newell. Half the employees are looking to leave.

It needs a top to bottom restart. Executive management needs to be replaced, promotions need to be merit based, and the culture needs to be more cooperative.
