Marketing team completely turned over. Operations team - be in charge of operations only. Don’t try to dictate new products. Quality team - get out of eighteenth century practices. Managers -
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Put people with good experience and relevant experience in roles. Especially within Connected Home & Security Marketing and Operations. These departments are run by manager with zero experience. People are promoted to positions without qualifications and division CEO protects and fills in for them!
