I honestly don’t know be less quick to fly off the handle when I do not feel go

Since we are going robotic they can be let go and work just be done as orders are place outside our company anyway. That would save us all the headaches. Almost everything is 3rd party.

They need to be fired and the Team should consist of people that understand the business.

Being treated like an actual human being instead of a robot

They dont value experience. If your a blue collar worker they ( HR, White Collar ) look down on you like your scum.

Health insurcance premiums are high. I am made to feel undervalued because the manager comes from a country that devalues women and is allowed to slight the women who work under them.

Talented people are not acknowledged and utilized well.

Need new H.R personel who dont encourage discrimination towards blue collar workers and support lying unethecial managers.

There is a lot of disrespect coming from the management and directed at the employees. A lot of negative comments are being made on a daily basis.

Everything is going wrong. Coworkers don't like each other and customers hate Newell. Half the employees are looking to leave.
