Senior leadership team needs to learn to get out of their executive suites and actually talk with the people who contribute to the bottom line.

Promoting within and being patient with employees during their growth stages. Stop seeking for results immediately sometimes play the long game and be patient. Too much politics and lets save money here. you will lose people that way
