Our culture is extremely important to the point where we have a separate "culture" interview. It allows us to collaborate and work together with people we know will be open to hearing new/opposing ideas and taking that feedback constructively
The collaborative work culture allowed me to learn a lot from my colleagues, which motivated me to succeed by being a student. The Next Caller team showed me the importance of a positive attitude and taught me that there's always room for personal and professional improvement.
It is a very fun, upbeat culture and even though we are remote with the pandemic, there are still fun activities organized to do with the whole team
