Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our compensation is not on par with other comparable roles that I have found.

I know I am under-paid based on the market value for my type of work. One of Nextdoor's selling points during my interview was that "future equity would outweigh my under-compensation over time". That has not been the case. I was also presented management opportunities that have not been honored.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team specifically is driven and wants to drive change. However, due to the slow rate of development within our product and engineering organizations, we can't do the impactful things that will help us grow.

My team is filled with tremendously kind people. They're tremendous to interact with on a daily basis. However, I often feel like certain teammates carry the workload for individual pods of sales teams. In a virtual environment this is becoming more and more true.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We don't look at ourselves and assess our products and their issues honestly. In addition to that, for a company that is so focused on revenue, we rely way too heavily on product to determine our revenue generating roadmap (i.e. business solutions).
