Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the job I am doing I have not being compensated fairly. My direct reports can work 2 hours of overtime and make more then I do without the same job responsibilities.

All my coworkers are always willing to go the extra mile to help each other out. They are invested in the team on a personal and professional level. This makes Nextiva have a very welcoming environment.
