Eberybody is fair and good at communicating the goals to the teams without it feeling like a lecture

Interacting with my supervisor (Gary Peoples) and a few co-workers. I also love being independent in my role.

I love my supervisor Gary Peoples. He is always in the trenches with me, always ready to help where needed, and empowering me to resolve issues as they come up.
