I won't lie and say it wasn't rough at first. Nextiva was short staffed and there was a ton of work. Since then, there have been improvements and things have gotten a lot less stressful. Overall, Nextiva may not be the absolute best to work for, but they definitely are near the top in comparison.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is really accepting and nice. We all want the same things, so everyone understands each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is really nice and generally wants to work with you as opposed to trying to put you under the bus.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid time off is probably at the top. I wish we got a few more days, but we get more than some others so I can't complain too much.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take time to check in on me to make sure I have the things I need. They try to fight for me when it comes to issues, finances, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
While not excited to work, that has less to do with Nextiva and more to do with working in general. When we worked in the office, I enjoyed the coffee and occasional food. Working at home, I get to be comfortable and work at more of "my pace."
