The transparency is the most positive and genuine characteristic I've experienced thus far. We are able to communicate well because of it
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the independence of my position. I'm not micromanaged. I feel like my supervisor trust me to get the job done. That alone makes me work harder.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership is the best. Although direct, they never make me feel bad for a honest mistake and I am able to grow from it. They are honest and provide me with resources to be successful.
