Everyone has their strengths and they share those when on team calls as well as everyone is open to helping when you need it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The food and games are all inclusive and provide chance to meet others that you might not have a chance to talk to that are not on your team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they have shifted when we have voiced that either something prior we did was better or it is not working. I also appreciate the effort they put in to support us with fun activities to help build a team culture since we are all in this together.
