So many words come flooding in, but challenging, opportunities, growth, fun, laughter. Nextiva is a faced paced company, but not only in the work that is being done. My career has grown so much in the little time I have been here and I am so grateful.

I wish there was more PTO

My team makes me so happy!

I am very new, but so far I see enthusiasm, transparency & dedication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all so upbeat! With being new they have made this transition flawless!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I should be compensated more for the duties I currently do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen, they understand and they encourage. I have never worked for an organization like this and feel excited and challenged every day!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are just so fun! Every job is going to have it's pain points, but this team makes, the few and far between pain points, worth it! I love how there are so many different personalities and how my Director allows up to bring out authentic selves everyday!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to bring the real me to work every day. I get to voice my opinions to help shape Nextiva's future and I am actually heard. Companies tell you all the time what they want to do in thought, but Nextiva walks the walk. PROUD to work here.
