Used to be a phenomenal company when I joined a long while ago. Now, it's just senior execs with logos who do little beyond delegation. There's only leadership-speak and no action. Very little empathy towards people putting in the work. No logos on your resume? You might as well quit the job.

Forward-looking, brand and product-driven, attirbution-focused
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager and the positive environment my immediate team creates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's little respect for folks outside of product and brand marketing. Compensations are also almost double even if the folks have the same work ex.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If senior execs can see below their level and empathize with their reports around the world, that'd go a long way. There's a leaky bucket with employee retention and no one is even noticing until someone's final notice comes in.
