Overall I have had a very positive experience. I enjoy my working relationships with all of my team members, leaders and hiring managers. I love the product and the company story. I am challenged every day and love being a part of the growth.

Knowing that we are a part of a bigger picture that is making a big impact in the world. In addition, I feel comfortable with being honest and expressing concerns.

Team meetings and opportunities to learn more about each other. I also enjoy the department's weekly coffee chats and the company hands all meetings. Lastly weekly newsletters (Xbert) that include tips, resources, announcements, & opportunities to join groups for fun virtual activities.

Having the flexibility to manage my calendar and put in more hours if needed depending on projects. My hiring managers are awesome and my teammates are fun. Lastly, the Nextiva product and how it is going to change communication in our future.
