I'm still newer but my experience so far has been great. I'm still learning but I feel I've made a pretty positive impact and hope to make an even bigger impact once things pick up again.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is extremely helpful and positive. Some work cultures get ruined by negativity but I have not ran into any issue with negativity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel either a bonus structure or a higher base salary would help. I feel other salaries in the market are higher so I feel Nextiva should be more competitive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy how easy they make communication. My director is always available and willing to follow up on anything I need her for. As for other leaders I work with, they also communicate well on feedback for candidates or just help in my search for candidates.
