What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't really have an answer, it is all pretty standard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact they took the time to welcome me as a new employee. That made me feel welcome and like I made the right decision to change careers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the culture, how friendly everyone is and how fun and engaging the environment is. I came from Carvana and the culture there is pretty amazing. Nextiva has their culture beat by a long shot.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how my team works together and backs each other up every day, no matter what. It is a great feeling. They also were very welcoming when I first started and can't imagine a better team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and I get to do it with amazing people who actually listen to what I have to say. We can work together to make our team and the teams that we support amazing.
