I do love it here but there are good things and there are bad things. Some days, the bad things breed resentment and overwhelm across the board for the team. It's difficult having agents who are paid more be dismissive and pushing the buck but the good times outweigh the bad.

My direct manager provides a lot of communication and is understanding of personal life.

We pull together when there are rough situations. We try to support each other and provide team spirit even though miles separate us.
What makes you most happy at work?
When a day has gone by smoothly and my team is not impacted by escalations. I also love when I get to provide positive reinforcement and reward a job well done instead of having to curb bad habits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company does embrace the idea of a happy employee equals happy customer service. So we encourage personal time, resting when it's needed, and award amazing performances. We use Bravo to provide positive reinforcement and allow our employees to work from home.
