The attempt to engage employees with activities both during the work day and occasional events outside work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing is going wrong, I just am not excited to be stuck in an exchange of my time for a paycheck. I have a long list of things I would prefer to do that come before work. I see work as a necessary evil in my life until financial independence can be reached.
