My experience at Nextiva has been great. I have great interactions with my colleagues and I feel my voice is appreciated and valued. I have observed others in the organization not having as great an experience, and I have observed what I would consider negative conduct towards some people.

I feel like I have great support from my team and the surround support teams, such as program management, QE, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I greatly appreciate the relationship I have with my manager and feel there is a great deal of trust he and his manager place in me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have an excellent working relationship with all of my team members and feel like everyone goes above and beyond their expected role. I don't have to micromanage them and they always do what they say they will do.
