The developer experience at Nextiva is pretty rough. Rather than being challenged by interesting engineering problems, it feels like we are plagued by a million inconveniences that shouldn't be so hard to solve. Nonetheless, coworkers are very friendly and managers legitimately care about you.

My manager does a fantastic job keeping everyone on track and clearly values all of us. I feel that the majority of devs on my team are interested in constantly advancing their skillset and writing quality code.
