leaders need to understand their role in culture. It's not just free food and games and contests. Leaders at all levels need training on how to manage and lead
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to learn how to lead a large company, provide strategy/planning, leading people and processes instead of just coming up with products. Also need to listen to the experienced people they recently hired.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Probably not under paid for what I actually do, but I've been 10k higher in same title and I am capable of doing so much more. Benefit premiums are low, but the deductible is very high
