Need to learn how to lead a large company, provide strategy/planning, leading people and processes instead of just coming up with products. Also need to listen to the experienced people they recently hired.
Probably not under paid for what I actually do, but I've been 10k higher in same title and I am capable of doing so much more. Benefit premiums are low, but the deductible is very high
