I really like working at Nextiva. Amazingly, I have very few complaints.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It’s cool that everyone is friends here. It’s more casual and calm than my old company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like that I respect them. At other places I found I wasn’t very impressed with the leadership and that wasn’t a good starting point
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with great people and having fun while working hard. I really like to learn and push myself but I don’t think you have to give up fun for that. I think I have a good balance of that

I liked that I was able to meet with a number of people on the team and my direct manager. I like that it wasn’t rushed and I was able to stay calm the whole time. They really tried to make you comfor
