What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits started really quickly, which was good as there was no waiting period.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate really well with the rest of us, plenty of meetings where we get updated on the latest strategy or how we are tracking. It?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is treated well by the management team, so we all feel like we are getting looked after and have a part to play in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work really hard and actually working really hard can be fun and satisfying when your entire team is pulling their weight and all working on the same thing too. I like achieving things when I go to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I think it would be similar to the above, after working at other tech companies its refreshing to be part of a culture where you are treated with respect and communicated to. It’s a nice change and I really like
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that as part of the interview process I was given a tour of the building and got to see what it would actually be like to be based there. It gave me a better idea of what I could expect if I was to work there.
